SERVICE BENEFITS All of the guards have undergone training by an accredited institution and are all registered with the Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (P.S.I.R.A.) of South Africa. A 24-hour standby telephone number will be provided for any emergencies relating to the site or the guards themselves. We take pride in the fact that our guards are dressed in uniforms with the strictest dress code, and who are very partial to cleanliness and hygiene. Should for any reason, any of our guards not satisfy your requirements; his replacement will be carried out within 24 hours. As part of this package we offer the services of dealing with all criminal matters relating to your site, from dispatching the emergency services (Police, ambulance or fire department) to your premises, to the following up of their investigation process thereafter. All the above are instrumental in ensuring a superior security service within your environment. We are equipped to assess a client’s individual risk and tailor make highly effective security packages. Our involvement also ensures that our clients are happy with the service and protection they receive. Security is a partnership between our clients and us. We wish to advise you of a service unique to Criss-Cross Security. We operate all guarding sites with a “Guard tracking” system, at no additional cost or burden to you the client. The system ensures productivity, thereby providing you the client with what is expected, a quality service. |
